If you want to bid over amount of your bid authority, you need to pay deposit. you bid authority in this is multiplied by 50 to the deposit. The minimum deposit is $1k. If you paid the deposit and you did not make the successful bid, the deposit will be refunded. The fees occurred in this process should be paid by the bidder.
