Overhouse disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty of commercial suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. Overhouse will not be held responsible for any description of the rarity, quality, conditions, size, importance or origin of the property. While the Overhouse representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, any statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or any Overhouse representative are simple opinions and should not be considered a guarantee or a statement regarding the real estate offer for sales. The bidder is responsible for determining the age, size, conditions and value of the property prior to the offer. By making an offer, the user declares to have examined the property satisfactorily or has chosen not to examine it. If Overhouse is prevented by fire, theft or any other reason from delivering any property to the buyer, its liability will be limited to the purchase price of the property as paid by the buyer. All items sold were legally purchased and the bronze pieces are of English origin by a private collector.
