Auction Terms & Conditions * All Bidders must register with Auctioneer via the online platform using a valid credit card and must be 18 years or older to bid. NEW BIDDERS must respond to our Terms & Conditions email prior to approval to bid. Your bid is a legal binding contract. If you are the winning Bidder, you agree to pay, in $USD the full bid amount, plus 17% Buyer's Premium and any and all applicable sales tax & shipping/handling costs. Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC reserves the right to reject any bid or Bidder at our sole discretion. You will be suspended or permanently banned from ALL auctions held by Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC if you provide false information when registering, such as a false name or fraudulent contact information. You will be permanently banned from ALL (online & live) auctions conducted by Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC if you are the successful Bidder and you do not honor your auction bid. * This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. Bidder inspection of photographs and description is suggested and encouraged. If Bidder has any questions whatsoever regarding any lot, it is the Bidder's responsibility to contact the Auction Co. prior to placing any bids. By placing a bid, Bidder signifies that they have examined photographs and description of items to their satisfaction. ALL registered bidders must have approval from auctioneer to place a bid on an item that is greater than $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars). Bid approval notification will be sent automatically to auctioneer if a bid greater than $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) is placed. * Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. * CONSIGNORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BID ON THEIR OWN MERCHANDISE OR HAVE ANY AGENT BID ON THEIR BEHALF. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same, he may withdraw any or all lots consigned by the offender and will publicly recognize that consignor. * All bids are a BINDING CONTRACT. Bidder acknowledges that once a bid is offered, the Bidder shall be bound by the bid amount. Bids cannot be withdrawn or retracted. This is an internet only auction; All bidding will take place online only. * All property is sold AS IS where is with all faults, and neither Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC, nor any consignor makes any warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property. Individual item details in the catalog are opinion and are written as an aid to potential bidders. Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC acknowledges that there may be errors in what is listed in the catalog. Bidder will then rely entirely on their own inspection for any and all bids or opinions given without holding the Auction Co. liable for any and all statements made. * All sales are final. There will be no refunds, no exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS. Local pickup is available 9am-6pm MST June 20 & 21, 2019, by appointment only. All items must be paid for prior to being shipped or picked up in person. Items not picked up by 6pm MST on June 21, 2019 will incur a storage fee of $10 per day per item in addition to hammer price plus buyer's premium. If for any reason the Buyer, after making payment for items, fails to remove any of the merchandise purchased by 6pm MST on June 28, 2019, items will be considered abandoned and Reno Babcock Auctions, LLC will have sole possession of any and all items. * If for any reason, the auctioneer is unable to deliver any lot, or any necessary documentation required in respect to any lot, the auctioneer's sole liability, if any shall be the return of any monies paid on such lot. Shipping, Handling, & Insurance: BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for all shipping, handling, & insurance costs, plus a handling fee of $3 USD per item. Shipping is available only to residents of the USA. We use small, medium, and large USPS Flat Rate Shipping boxes. These boxes come with $50 insurance. If your purchase is valued at more than $50, we strongly suggest Buyer purchase extra insurance. Buyer must request & pay for extra insurance. Buyer pays all shipping, handling, & insurance costs, plus a handling fee of $3.00 USD per item. We make every effort to combine several smaller items into one package when able to help lower your shipping costs. Heavy and/or fragile items that need to be shipped separately will incur extra shipping charges. Invoices & Payment Methods: Invoices will be emailed via Square POS. We accept cash (for local pickup only). Debit or credit card accepted via Square POS. Soft Close: Lots are scheduled to close in 10 (Ten) second intervals starting at 6:00pm MST. If you are outbid on a lot in the last two minutes of the auction, the bidding time will extend for an additional 2 minutes on that lot. This allows you time to place another bid if so desired.
