1. Bidding. All Bids are an agreement to purchase the domain name. No bid may be retracted by bidder/buyer during the sale for any reason. Regardless of whether the bid is made in person, by telephone, or by fax. All sales are Final upon the Auctioneer's Declaration of Sale. 2. Payment. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon the Auctioneer's Declaration of Sale. Payments must be made with Credit Cards, Company Checks, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, Cash (In House Only), or Money Order. Wire Payments are due within 2 business days after the auction. 3. Buyers Premium. NameBuyers.com does not charge any Buyers Premium. The final bid, is the net price that will be paid. 4. Guarantee. NameBuyers.com is selling .com, .net, and other domain names. All names are 100% Guaranteed to be delivered with Clear Title, and Ownership will be transferred immediately after payment is made. Creating Traffic, Websites, Advertising, and Development are solely the responsibility of the Buyer. NameBuyers.com gives auction estimates based on recent market auction prices, and comparable quality names. $1 No Reserve Auctions will be sold to the highest bidder. Bid ranges are estimated figures and cannot be guaranteed by NameBuyers.com. 5. Financing. NameBuyers.com will finance domain names on approved credit. Up to 70% mortgages are available upon request and approval. Please speak with our finance manager prior to bidding, to have your credit line approved. 6. Selling Domains. If you have domains that you would like to sell at auction, please submit them to NameBuyers.com. We charge sellers 25% to sell their names to the market for $1 No Reserve. This fee will include all auction fees, photo fees, catalog insertion fees, paypal and ebay fees. We also will outright buy top level domains if the price is reasonable.
