Upon the fall of the hammer or when the Auctioneer says, "SOLD," title on the property shall pass to the highest bidder, who thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility. We accept American Express, personal or company check, bank wire transfers, certified check, and money order. 13. Auctions Online LLC. is not liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise) whether or not due to Auctions Online LLC. fault or negligence, resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity. 14. Use of LiveAuctioneers.com allows bidders to enter bids "live," that is, as property is offered for sale, just as if the bidder is present at the sale. 15. Bidders must register with LiveAuctioneers.com to participate in online bidding. 16. Purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping and making arrangements for shipping with Auction House shipper. Auctions Online LLC. will take buyer?s merchandise to our shipper once buyer has completed payment to auction house. The shipper will then contact buyer to make arrangements to ship, and buyer will pay shipper directly for any and all shipping costs. Auction house will not invoice or accept payment for shipping charges under any circumstances. Once items have been delivered to the shipper, auction house is released of any and all responsibility and liability for those items. Buyer must allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery of their merchandise from the date of payment to the auction house, provided buyer completes payment to shipper within 5 days of shipper?s receipt of merchandise. Auction house will not be responsible for delayed receipt of items that are a result of arrangements or negotiations with shipper. Auctions Online LLC. is not responsible for any international customs or duties owed. 22. The auction house and its respectable consignors have the right to withdraw any invoice/lots for any reason. 23.
