All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Items purchased at the auction must be paid for immediately. The auctioneer makes no warranty: All descriptions believed accurate but not warranteed. All informations are approximate, and expressed or implied as to size, count, and weight. Every object or lot is sold as is, and the auctioneer disclaims, for itself and for the vendor and/or consignor, any and all responsibility for authenticity, age, origin or quality. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Buyer's premium rate: A charge of 15% over and above the hammer price, as well as taxes (when applicable) are added to all lots purchased at the auction. International bidders are responsible for all laws, taxes, fees, assessments, and customs charges for all items. Payment types accepted: certified cheque, wire transfer in USD dollars. Shipping at buyer?s cost via buyer?s company / insurance on shipping at buyer?s discretion. Shipping is provided at the buyers' expense. Viva Gallery can provide a list of shippers. The purchased items will be released with the buyers' written consent and until payment has been made in full. Shipping, packing and handling is at the entire risk of the buyer. Viva Gallery will have no liability of any loss or damage to such items. It is the bidder?s responsibility to take packing & shipping costs into consideration when bidding on items. Packing, handling, shipping, and insurance charges are the FULL responsibility of the purchaser. REMOVAL OF ITEMS PURCHASED All purchased items must be removed shipped within 14 days from the auction date in which the items were purchased. Unless alternate arrangements are made with the purchaser, any items remaining after 14 days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the vendor. No returns after shipping. All bidders for the auction must agree to the terms and conditions of sale as stated above.
