MAVIN AUCTION 53 - SESSION 1

Mavin International is the Auctioneer appointed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Mavin Auction 53 consisting of Coins and Banknotes will be held on Saturday (at the Concorde Hotel) and Wednesday (Internet, Fax, Mail & Absentee Bid Only). The Buyer's Premium for lots sold on the internet is 20%. Enlarge images of lots and the entire catalog may be viewed on our website. Session 1 Start Times: Saturday 9 November (at the Concorde Hotel) - Community Chest at 9.30am (8 Nov 17:30 PST), lots 1 to 67. Following this will be MAS Banknotes, Singapore Banknotes, World Banknotes and Coins at 2.00pm (8 Nov 22:00 PST), lots 68 to 127, 201 to 239, 301 to 364 and 401 to 453. Session 2 Start Times: Wednesday 13 November (Internet, Fax, Mail & Absentee Bid Only) - World Banknotes at 9.30am (12 Nov 17.30 PST), lots 501 to 709. Following this will be World Coins at 2.00pm (12 Nov 22:00 PST), lots 801 to 1151. Please note that Bidders will NOT be able to place any absentee bids from about half an hour before the start of that particular session (ie 9.00am Singapore Time or 18.00 PST). Interested bidders are advised to sign up and place absentee bids well in advance of the session start times. After the Session has started, bids can only be made by following the auction on LiveAuction.
