Our November 9th auction will feature 450 lots of maritime antiques of every description including an sensational array of meticulously polished nautical antiques. Solid Brass items include ships wheels, engine order telegraphs, spotlights,dozens of lanterns, telescopes, binnacles, compasses, portholes,anchors, pulleys, beacons, winches, clocks and more, all in polished brass. MODEL SHIP COLLECTION The selection of ship models in this auction will be quite impressive including Dockyard builders models, builders half models of three UNITED STATES LIGHTHOUSE SERVICE VESSELS, Americas cup model, steam yachts, tugboats, etc..There is a collection of Americas cup half models from a prominent New York Yacht Club member. PAINTINGS AND PRINTS include paintings by Paul Jean Clay's, Wooden Wood, William Pierce Stubbs, Wallace Randall, R B Spencer,clement Drew, Louis Dodd and more. A complete set of the Frederick Cozzens American Yachts lithographs being sold. There are nautical charts and John Alden yacht blueprints also. Other items of interest are carved eagles, ships quarter boards, a nine foot whales jawbone, diving gear, a collection of ocean liner prints the list goes on.
