Accepted Payment Methods are Cash (In House Only), Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check (to be held 10 days prior to shipment), MasterCard and Visa. 15% Buyer's Premium, local taxes apply. Shipment methods include USPS Priority Mail and UPS, insurance is required. Items may be picked up at our location, by appointment only.

We will attempt to procure the best rate for shipping your item(s). For Custom purposes, we will NOT declare any less that the full purchase price.

Your bid is a contract. If you are the successful bidder, you are entering into a legally binding contract for purchase from the seller.

Bidders, if possible, are encouraged to examine lots prior to placing a bid. The condition reports and descriptions are given in a fair and conscientious manner. Please note that antique items often show normal signs of use and wear. In addition, the lack of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.

All items are sold as is, where is, without guarantee of any kind. Descriptions of items prior to this auction are believed to be correct, but not inclusive to all mechanical or electrical failures either present or in the future. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by the owner (or his agents or officers) concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied.

Local taxes for Ohio residents of 6.75% apply. If you have a vendors license, it must be supplied and a Ohio Department of Taxation Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption Certificate must be signed. Please email for a request of this form.

Buyer pays all shipping, handling and insurance costs.

You will be billed for shipping, handling and insurance (required) within two (2) business days after the end of the auction. It does take a few days to calculate shipping. Shipping costs will be combined for multiple purchases, if possible. However, due to size, weight, etc. items may be shipped separately.

If you require additional information about an individual lot, please make your request as early as possible prior to the sale. We cannot take pictures or answer questions 24 hours before the sale begins. Requests are answered in the order in which they are received.
