Any potential Bidders accept sole responsibility for contacting us to obtain condition reports on any offered lots and/or inspect said lots before bidding to determine the condition and if there are any repairs or restorations. CONDITION REPORT REQUESTS: Any requests received two day's before the Sale may not be answered. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Any items purchased and removed from the auction cannot be returned. All items in this Auction are located and will need to be picked at our building in Phillipsburg NJ on Thursday Nov. 7th from 9am-5pm. Bidding is open now and " Live " Online Bidding will start on Sunday Nov.3rd at 3pm eastern time. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Wednesday Nov. 6th at 3pm. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. Invoices will be sent out the day after the auction. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item, or check and make sure boxes have all parts. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 3pm eastern time, to watch lots close. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help, packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. THERE WILL BE NO ONE ONSITE TO HELP LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! BRING YOUR OWN HELP ! SHIPPING - There is a $15 handling fee for the first lot ($5 each additional), plus actual USPS postage. We do not ship lots containing large quantity of items ( table, shelf, closet lots, etc). Some lots containing multiple items, additional handling charges may apply. If you want an item shipped, email us ( stasaks@verizon.net) after paying original invoice thru liveauctioneers. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal approx. 2 business days after the scheduled pick up day. Some very fragile, hard to pack items, all prints and paintings, and furniture will be packed and shipped thru Daks Global or our local UPS store. Buyer is responsible for their charges. If we have to take something to the UPS store for shipment, there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges.
