Terms & Conditions
1) All bidders are responsible for reading and
understanding all the following Terms & Conditions,
as well as any Additional Notices and Announcement.
By participating in Yuthok Tibetan Auctions, you
are bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please, place
a bid only if you are certain and serious of buying
the items.
2) All items are sold AS-IS- WHERE-IS and all sales
are final. No Return. No Refund. The descriptions
of each item including measurements and weight are
provided with best of our knowledge and understanding.
Yuthok Tibetan Auction do not guarantee and warranty
to the accuracy of descriptions including the Origin,
so PLEASE make your own best judgement to read the
descriptions and see the images CAREFULLY before bidding.
3) All prospective bidders are required to register and get
approval to be able to bid. Please provide necessary
information including credit cards details. Yuthok Tibetan
Auction reserves the right with our own discretion to
decline and refuse to participate.
4) The bidder who enter the highest legal binding amount
at the last minute will be the final and successful bidder
or winner.
5) 20% buyer's premium will be added to the hammered price
of each Lot. All Colorado residents and bidders who
pick up items from the Auction House are subjected to
Colorado State Sales Tax of 8.31% on all purchase,
or proof of valid Tax Exempt Certificate.
6) If you are winner of the Auction, you will receive an
e-mail of invoice with the total amount you owe within
24 hours with instructions of payment and shipping.
We accept Credit Cards:( Visa, Master, Discover,
American Express), Checks, Cash and Wire Transfer.
Payment $3.000.00 or more on Credit Cards will be
charged 3% processing fee.
7) SHIPPING: Buyers pay all shipping and packing cost.
Sold items will be released for shipment and pick up
only after all payments are completed. Within 14 days
of each Auction payment must be completed and all
items should be shipped. We will provide couple local
shippers who may give you shipping quote.
If some one fails, disagrees or no respond to pay the
amount in the invoice after sending invoice 5 times and
reached 14 days, we will have to file a dispute and may not
be able to bid in LiveAuctioneers in the future.
