Lots that include ink in bottles will ONLY be sold & shipped to buyers in the 48 contiguous United States, as per Federal Law. If payment is not made, or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. In addition, payment must be made within 5 business days of end of auction, otherwise item(s) are declared abandoned with no further claims to ownership by the bidder.
