Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions defined by Vanitto Jewelry is an irrevocable contract between you the client and Vanitto Jewelry. Clients kindly accept and hereby comply to be fully compelled by all Terms and Conditions established by Vanitto Jewelry upon participating in our auctions. Vanitto Jewelry reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All our items are thoroughly inspected and accurately described in the product description section. We do not stock any second hand jewelry which has been previously worn and as such all items are sold as brand new and unworn. Therefore, we are unable to accept any refunds, returns, exchanges or credit. However, we do guarantee that all our items are exactly as described and brand new. If you require any additional information about any of our items, then we would kindly ask you to get in touch with us prior to any bidding and we will gladly and fully assist you and attend to your requests. All information provided in the auction listings is merely for the benefit of the client. As such, we kindly request you to ascertain, check, inspect and firmly decide on all aspects of the item's condition, state, realness, efficacy and any other details relating to the item prior to placing any bids on the item. Vanitto Jewelry does not provide any guarantees on the saleability and conditions of the lot relating to the item's market value. Vanitto Jewelry reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at any time where and when it identifies such an action to be required. We kindly request you to contact us through our customer support contacts available on our auction with any questions, queries or any concerns relating to items you may wish to bid on prior to placing any bids. All bids and sales are final and bidders agree that they will not have any objections after the sale has closed. All lots are sold "AS IS" without any recourse. Pictures and descriptions are not warranty nor a guarantee and no assurance. Therefore, by joining Vanitto Jewelry's auction, you the client kindly agrees that: I. You have read, understood and are in full agreement with the Terms and Conditions of our auction sale. II. You kindly agree to pay the buyer's premium specified at the auction at the time of the sale. III. You kindly agree to pay the shipping charges related to your auction purchases. IV. You kindly agree to pay any VAT fees related to your purchase - if any. Payment We accept payments with the following methods: I. Visa II. MasterCard III. Discover IV. All Major Credit Cards V. Paypal If you wish to make a payment to us in a method that is not listed above then please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate any such requests. Any payments made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Credit Card or Paypal is subject to the following terms and conditions: I. All payments must be settled within 4 days after receiving an invoice from Vanitto Jewelry for the client?s purchases. Therefore, we kindly request you settle the payment as soon as you have received an invoice from Vanitto Jewelry. Vanitto Jewelry reserves the right to charge the client's credit card after 4 days of receiving an invoice from us if the payment has not been settled by the client. II. If a client settles a payment with any of the abovementioned payment methods then the client agrees that no chargeback, refund or money withdrawal will be filed against Vanitto Jewelry and the client waives their right to file a chargeback claim or dispute for a payment. III. All disputes should be settled only and strictly between Vanitto Jewelry and the client without the involvement of any third party or credit card institutions. IV. To prevent and avoid any disputes, it is the client's sole responsibility to check the item and contact Vanitto Jewelry with any concerns prior to placing any bids. Any fees resulting from a dispute between Vanitto Jewelry will be the responsibility of the client and the client will be required to pay all fees unconditionally and in full to Vanitto Jewelry. V. Vanitto Jewelry does not have the ability to remove bids and as such will not be responsible for any bid testing, internet failure, power outage, any interruption or technical errors occurred before, during and after the sale or any other issues relating to the bidding on an item. As such, the client accepts full responsibility for any bids placed. VI. Buyer's Premium is equivalent to %20 of the final hammer price of the item and is added to the hammer price of the item. Kindly, check the buyer's premium before placing any bids. VII. Depending on the client's location, VAT may be applied to the final sale fee. We will clearly advice you of this on the invoice we generate for your purchases. All private clients within the EU are subject to %20 VAT. Business clients based within the EU are exempt from VAT considering they can provide a valid VAT number. Clients from outside the EU are exempt from VAT. Shipping Policy I. Vanitto Jewelry has an in-house shipping department and will ship items via DHL or Fedex with insurance and full tracking number and as such all package deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. II. Total shipping costs include packaging, carriage and insurance. III. Shipping charges vary depending on the weight and value of the item. In normal circumstances, shipping charges will be $20. We will clearly inform you if this amount needs to change after the sale has ended. IV. Before shipping, all items undergo a final quality check and are thoroughly inspected, carefully packaged and will usually ship out within 7-21 days. Shipping charges will be included in the lot winner?s invoice after the auction has ended. We will notify you as soon as your item has been shipped out and provide you with the full tracking details. V. Please be aware that international packages may be subject to customs, duties and taxes and the winner of each lot is solely responsible for settling such charges with the relevant state departments, i.e. Customs. VI. All packages will be shipped to the bidder's address on file. If the bidder requires a package to be delivered to a different address then please get in touch with us immediately after winning the lot informing us of the address change request. Certification of Diamonds, Gemstones and Finished Jewelry Vanitto Jewelry only conducts business with the most reputable Diamonds and Gemstones laboratories in order to provide quality assurance and confidence to clients. If you have won an unmounted diamond, gemstone or finished jewelry item and would like to have it certified then Vanitto Jewelry would gladly acknowledge and fulfil the request. Please note that for such requests additional charges will apply to settle the required payment for the laboratories charges and shipping to/from the lab. Additionally, you may specifically request the following: I. The Laboratory you would like us to send the item to (from the list above) II. The type of certificate required, i.e. identification, treatment, origin, colour, etc.
