All items are sold as is condition. If additional photographs are needed , please email with in reasonalbe time frame early on the auction, and I will do the best I can to get additional photos of your specifications. Buyers are responsible for determining to their own satisfaction the true nature and condition of any lot prior to bidding. Under no circumstance are the consignors or agents acting on their behalf or employees of Whippoorwillcall permitted to bid on the their consignment/auction. In the event of a dispute after the auction Whippoorwill call sale record result shall be conclusive. Please note that items in our auctions are non-retractable bids. When you bid on any item/s, you are entering into binding contract. Our services are only available only to and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contract under applicable law. You must be 18 to bid.

Any items not picked up with in 10 days of auction will be shipped to buyer at their expense, charged to the buyers credit card the delivery is the buyers responsibility. Items of Freight pick up must be picked up with in two weeks ( unless auctioneer agrees for a later date) or a storage fee of $10.00 a day will be charged to the buyers credit card.

If when item/s are received and you are not please with your purchase please contact Deborah at Whippoorwillcall Online Auctions. Any returns are the discretion of the auctioneer. If agreed the items are to be returned the item/s must be returned in the original pack. No returns accepted 10 days after auction. Items must be returned and accepted before refund is issued.
