2020 Winter Auction Weekend - Day 2

Day 2 of our three day Winter Auction Weekend features an outstanding selection of antiques and fine art, including works by George Inness and John George Brown, plus ship paintings by Samuel Walters, Antonio Jacobsen and others. A full-length Roman marble sculpture depicting Asclepius, god of medicine will be presented, along with a 19th century carved eagle from NYC?s Tavern on the Green restaurant. Octavo editions of John James Audubon?s ?Birds of America? and ?Quadrupeds of America? will be presented, along with a rare 19th century terrestrial floor globe by Newton & Son, London. Antique furniture includes a Pilgrim century blanket chest and 19th century Chinese camphorwood brass bound campaign chest.
