Terms: We are a real auction house with real life floor bidders. UNLESS IT STATES THAT IT IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION. 1.)60 days shipping to be expected unless otherwise stated. 2.) Bidding is acceptance of all terms and facts. Shipping delays are not the responsibility of the auction house and are not terms or means of cancellation of the sale. 3.)WE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING. We will however, help you arrange the shipping of all items. Please email plyconvanlines.com/quote for furniture and large items. Anything that can be shipped via UPS, we will take the items to the UPS store free of charge and they will bill you after WE have received full payment for the item only. 4.)We DO NOT charge for shipping, that is a separate contract between you and the shipper.You are expected to understand this and acknowledge it with your bid. 5.)All items are sold as is where is, no warranties expressed or implied as to origin, age, condition, historical importance, relevance, style or form. All items subject to personal inspection, obligation for determination of all items is with the buyer. 6.)All item must be paid in full day of sale, no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. 7.)Internet bidders will be charged a 20% buyers premium. All successful internet bidders must pay within 48 hours of day of sale. 8.)Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Fantasticantiques Inc. shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Antiques by nature are not perfect, they will have the inherent age nuances that add to their charm. 9.)ALL SALES ARE FINAL - AS IS WHERE IS, Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. As a consignment seller, we cannot make exceptions. 10.) SHIPPING PROBLEMS, DELAYS AND THE LIKE ARE NOT GROUNDS FOR CHARGEBACKS. BY BIDDING YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE CONTRACT WITH YOU THE PURCHASE ONLY, THE SHIPPING IS A SEPERATE TRANSACTION AND SHALL BE TREATED AS SUCH. 11.)IMPORTANT: "eBay Live" auctions are conducted in a different format that the regular eBay site. You must register to participate or place a bid at least an hour before the auction starts. It is a simple process, but shouldn't be left until the last minute or you might not be approved in time. Please be aware that the clock displayed by eBay is an estimation of the time our entire live auction will end, it is not the ending time of individual items. Sniping programs do not work with the eBay Live format. We will start the auction at the time alloted and start with the first lot, and expect to sell approximately 75 lots per hour. The ebay generated number is NOT the lot number! If you are not able to participate in the auction in real time, we strongly suggest submitting an online absentee bid through eBay. Absentee bidding ends one hour before the auction goes live. The eBay proxy system will not allow you to bid against yourself, and the limits of absentee bids are never disclosed to us.
