TERMS 1. LOTS & DESCRIPTIONS: Accurate descriptions are provided for each individually described item in the auction on a "best efforts" basis and are not intended to be definitive, scholarly works, or appraisals. Returns must be preauthorized and made within thirty (30) days. All guarantees are void if an item has been tampered with, enhanced, altered, damaged or removed from original mounting. In general; "ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" and the ultimate determination is the responsibility of the bidder. The placing of a bid will be taken as full agreement to all terms & conditions. Conditions, measurements and estimates are given as a courtesy to a client. It is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Brown and Thigpen Auctions, LLC shall have no responsibility for any errors and/or omission. The absence of a condition statement DOES NOT imply the lot to be in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. The estimated values shown after each lot are the auctioneer's estimate of what each lot is likely to realize based on personal experience and/or results from known auctions. 3. BIDDING: Registration and approval must be made through the On-Line website, live auctions require identification. 4. SALES TAX: Buyers are required to pay any applicable Federal, state and/or local sales tax as required by law. 5. PAYMENT: Payment may be made by cash, money order, check, MasterCharge, Visa, Discover or American Express. A Buyers Premium (BP) of 20% will apply to all lots. The BP is discounted to 17% if paying by cash or approved check. A fee will apply to all returned checks based upon the fees charged by the banks to our firm plus $15 for our "handling" of the transactions required to clear the check. 6. SHIPPING: Each and every lot is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER." All bidders are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to inspect the lots prior to placing bids.
