The buyer shall be the highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, and in the event of dispute between bidders or any dispute with respect to the highest bidder, to continue the bidding or to re-offer and resell the lot in question. ALL LOTS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SALE AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER. Pick-up will be on Monday, May 25 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm by appointment. If items are not picked up by May 31, they will be moved off site to a storage facility & charged up to $10.00 per day. For on-line sales, all items will be brought to UPS and they will contact you for shipping information. Items MUST be shipped to the same address used when registering to bid. NO EXCEPTIONS! If the UPS store cannot reach you for any reason, the items will be donated. There are NO refunds.
