, I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the auction process. It is 10 days after the auction I am still conduction pick-up. I am very accommodating to my customers and make pick-up and shipping as easy as possible. The 3 locations for pick-up did not affect you because you only purchased 1 item, but I will explain why this occurred for this auction. I had 3 different estates, and they were for elderly clients who did not have family members or friends that could help them liquidate their estates. They could also not afford to move their items to the main auction location. This was the best solution for them, and I ALWAYS put their needs first. I did call you to ask if you were on your way because my husband & I were waiting for you in an unairconditioned storage unit in 110-degree heat and you were late. I had to go to the next location on the list. When you finally showed up, you were angry and belligerent because you said that you had trouble bidding. I had 110 bidders who bid on 450 lots and not one of them had trouble bidding. I am sorry that this happened to you. I have been an auctioneer for 24 years and have conducted many auctions. I am professional and my auctions are very organized and handled with honesty and integrity. That is the only way that I will do business. Pennie Carr Auctioneer
