Responsive and helpful auction service, bid with confidence

I asked if the fabric was clean on this sofa. The answer was it was somewhat clean. I bought it thinking I could use it as is. When we picked it up, we discovered it was covered in animal hair, stained and faded. My only description would have been filthy. It is NOT somewhat clean.

Pictures online, purchasing, and pick-up were well done. The people made the experience one that I will try again. No problems. Complete customer care.
