In house auction buyers premium is 18% when paid by credit card. A 3% discount offered for payment by cash or good check. ADDITONAL 5% Buyers premium is assesed through LIVEAUCTIONEERS.This bringing the buyers premium to 23% for CC payment and 20% for Cash or Check payment. A $70 fee is assesed for all returned checks.
