Neither the consignor nor R. G. Munn Auction llc is thereafter responsible for loss or any damage to the article by fire, theft or breakage. Every effort has been made to catalog all items accurately, but R. G. Munn Auction llc does not guarantee the correctness of descriptions, approximate ages, materials, tribal designations, amount of repair or restoration, usage, condition or defects. Highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute. Absentee and phone bids must be sent by mail or faxed on the R.G. Munn Auction llc bid form. No bids will be take over the phone with out this form. Absentee bids are accepted for the convenience of clients who cannot attend the sale in person, at no additional cost. Write-in bids must be accompanied by a credit card. Live phone bids are accepted for the convenience of clients who cannot attend the sale in person. There will be a charge of $15.00 per item. Must be accompanied by a credit card. Wholesalers must provide the auction company with a valid resale permit at the time of the sale or tax will be charged. All purchases must be paid for and picked up after each session unless special arrangements have been made before hand. We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until checks have cleared the bank unless this provision is waived beforehand. SHIPPING Unless noted "additional shipping charges" in item description. All items will be charged a flat $10.00 per item for shipping and insurance. They will be shipped UPS ground or US mail priority. If you want them shipped any other way you will pay actual shipping charges. We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until checks have cleared the bank. Items will be shipped in the order they are paid for. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. Restored items may not be insurable. In the event of damage during shipping, claims will be filed with UPS or USPS. Oversized items and paintings that need wood crates will be charged for crates.
