Terms & Conditions ALL PROPERTY SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. All property is sold without warranty or guarantee as to condition or authenticity. We present and describe merchandise as honestly and accurately as humanly possible. You forfeit your right to any claim or dispute by not coming and inspecting the merchandise yourself. Condition reports are available by request via phone or e-mail and must be made no later than 12:00 noon the day preceding the sale. Although we will do our best to provide accurate condition information, the prospective bidder is ultimately responsible for inspection of merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please contact us directly for questions or condition reports. Preview Items can be previewed in person during our store hours, Tuesday - Saturday 12pm-5pm. Payment "For payment, if you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice." Privacy Policy We do not sell or share your information and only contact bidders in regard to our auctions. Shipping & Pick Up We offer in house shipping for a handling fee of $25 per lot plus the cost of shipping. In house shipping is available for most small items. Shipping arrangements for larger or fragile items must be made by the winning bidder. We offer free drop off at FEDEX and UPS only. For in house shipping please allow 7 days for processing. Items must be removed from our premises within 10 business days. Items that have unpaid shipping charges or have not picked up within 30 days are subject to forfeiture. Buyer's Premium & Fees We charge a 20% buyer's premium which is added to the hammer price. A 3% card fee will be added to each invoice along with an 8% GA sales tax.
