PAYMENT: The buyer must pay the entire amount due no later than 5 business days following the sale. The payment includes the hammer price, buyer's premium, and any applicable taxes and charges. BUYER'S PREMIUM: In addition to the hammer price, the buyer agrees to pay a buyer's premium. The buyer's premium fee for purchases made via online bidding is: 8% of the hammer price up to and including $100,000 7% of the hammer price for purchases above $100,000 and below $200,001 6% of the hammer price above $200,000 SHIPPING: Shipping is fully insured for the amount on the invoice. US buyers: Customs fees are included. Items will be shipped from NY. Sales tax is not included. Non-US buyers: Custom fees and duties are not included in the price. REFUND & RETURNS: Returns are accepted for 14 days, starting from the day you receive your item. Returns are accepted as long as the following conditions are met: 1. The item is returned in its original condition. 2. The item is returned with its original certificate. If the certificate is missing, the customer will be charged the price of a new one. 3. For PayPal payments - 5% restocking fees will apply. For credit card payments - 3% restocking fees will apply. NO restocking fees for wire payments. INVOICE: Invoices will be sent out within 24 hours of the end of the auction. NON PAYMENT: If payment hasn't been received in full within 7 business days following the sale, we are entitled in our absolute discretion to exercise one or more of the following: 1. Charge the buyer the amount of 5% of the hammer price 2. Cancel the sale 3. Resell the item
