Acceptance of terms: by registering to participate in our auction thru on-line bidding, you agree to our terms and conditions, if you as a purchaser breach any of the terms and conditions including the obligation to pay for purchased items, we as the auctioneer may seek all remedies under the law to remedy the situation. Registration: Any bidder who registers thru an on-line bidding platform must register their name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail, and valid credit card information. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items prior to the sale. Payment terms: invoices will e-mailed to purchaser within 48 hours. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All items must be paid within 10 days or will be forfeited. Removal of goods: shipping is available at purchaser's expense. For pick up contact us. Buyers must pay South Carolina's sales tax.
