The auction is conducted to order and for the account of the owners of items, who remains anonymous, and on the behalf of the bidders. Buyer's premium is 0% and will be added to the hammer price. That premium include the VAT under the Margin Scheme, not deductible for the purchasers. All auctions invoices should be paid within the 14 days period since auction ended. The Organizer has law to cancel all orders staying unpaid after these term or can start charging for statutory interest. The authenticity of all auction's items is guaranteed, unless otherwise stated in the description of the particular item. Participation in the auction is subject to prior registration and acceptance of these terms and conditions. The items are knocked down after the highest bid has been called a third time. The auction participant who has offered the knocked down price become the buyer of that item. The auction is conducted in Dollars (USD). The organizer accepts the payments of the equivalent the USD. Pick up or shipping the auction items: Purchased items will be handed over to the buyer, or the person authorized by him, upon receipt by the Organizer of the full amount due. Purchased items can be picked up directly from the Organiser's office by prior arrangement with the Organizer for pickup details. Shipping: In Colombia is $12.000 COP for purchases under $2,000.000 Pesos and free of charge over this amount In Germany, France, the Netherlands or Spain is 10 EUR insured for purchases under 1.000 EUR In Italy, Russia, and all other parts of Europe is 14 EUR insured for purchases under 1.000 EUR In Israel is 68?
