Stiles Auction, LLC is not responsible for inspection of items and will work to describe items to the best of our ability but the inspection of items and interpretation of their value is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept returns, chargebacks or reversing of bids under any circumstances. Our auctioneers have final say in all matters and have complete authority to resolve all disputes. This auction has a buyers premium and is not negotiable. Wisconsin residents must pay sales tax. Items are shipped with insurance via USPS unless otherwise noted. We make no guarantee of delivery time to your location but generally items are shipped within 3 business days. We reserve the right to refuse sale or accept other bids on items not paid for in a timely manner. Such cases may involve credit card transaction declined etc.
