Bidders will be charged a 25% buyer?s premium. We charge a 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax to everyone except those who have a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption number, and those bidders must fill out a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Form and provide us with a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate. Items shipped out of state are not subject to Pennsylvania Sales Tax. If you choose to pay using LiveAuctioneer's Payment Processing you will be charged a payment processing fee of 2.8%. SHIPPING: Stephenson's Auction offers limited in house shipping. We do not ship internationally. Shipping must be arranged within 10 days of the auction. We will ship items that can fit within a Small Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. We do not provide shipping for any item which will not safely fit in a small flat rate box. Flat rate shipping of the box plus the cost of packing and insurance. Insurance is required. If the dimensions of all items purchased are too large to fit in a small flat rate box you must arrange for your items to be picked up and shipped out by a shipping company.
