In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on Fine Judaica Inc., including the validity of any bid, Fine Judaica Inc. will have the exclusive final discretion to determine the successful Bidder, cancel the sale, or award the lot to the next highest Bidder or Bidders or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute.
