The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lot in dispute. These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed, interpreted, applied and enforced in accordance with the domestic laws of the State of California, Santa Barbara County. Any disputes shall be by binding mediation in Santa Barbara, California. * No auction lot may be removed during the sale or at any time until the full purchase price has been paid.
