Buyers accept the following Terms & Conditions when participating in Galerii27 auction. By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and agree to abide to them. The parties abide by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

TERMS & CONDITIONS One can participate in the Gallery27 auction by placing bids online via the Liveauctioneers website. It is possible to view the auctions items before the auction during our exhibition in our gallery until the start of the auction on 20th of November 2020 (Toompuiestee 27, Tallinn, Estonia) during specific hours. Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Galleri27 auction. By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide to them. Terms & Conditions 1. All bidders shall present satisfying information and documentation prior to the approval of this auction upon request. Bidders may be required to give full name, address, telephone number etc. 2. The highest bidder shall be the buyer. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any technical issues or bids placed "by mistake". 3. The items that are up for auction are used items and sold as is, where is. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the item is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, restorations etc. The Auctioneer does not make reference to the condition of items within descriptions. The Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for any item or description errors or omission. The bid will signify that the bidder have examined the items as fully as he/she desires, or that he/she have chosen not to examine them. 4. The Auctioneer may at any time add or remove an item from the auction and/or update the details concerning an item. 5. A premium of 12% will be added to the hammer price. 6. All items purchased are payable directly to the Auctioneer. Complete payment will be done by the Buyer within 7 days after an invoice has been received. All transfer fees are to be borne by the buyer. 7. Delay in making payment shall oblige the winning buyer to pay interest at the rate of 5% per month, without derogating from any right and/or relief available to the Auctioneer against the winning buyer because of delay in payment, which shall be regarded as material breach of the winning buyer's obligations. If an item goes unpaid for after 14 days, the Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the transaction and the Auctioneer shall be entitled to sell the item to another buyer. 8. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold items purchased until the buyer has paid their invoices in full and all funds have cleared. After full payment, the items must be removed from the Auctioneer´s premises within 15 days of the auction date by the buyer. If the purchased item has not been removed within 15 days from the date of sale, the item will be stored at the Auctioneer´s premises at a storage fee of 5 EURO per day. 9. The Auctioneer may, in its discretion and at buyer's request, assist with packaging and arranging for delivery of the item as directed by the buyer. Packaging and shipping shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for delivery and reserves the right to hold purchases until pending check clearance. The Auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage of transferred items. 10. The buyer is responsible of making sure that the shipping to the desired location is possible and is in accordance with legal regulations. 11. All sales are final and no refunds will be granted. 12. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms printed within, posted, and announced at the time of sale. 13. The auctions terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
