All property is sold As is and How is. Items can be viewed in person by appointment only. Please contact jaredw@gohomeltd.com to schedule a preview. The purchase price payable by the winning bidder shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyers premium of 19%. Purchases are subject to 6.75% North Carolina Sales Tax except when a valid resale certificate has been furnished and verified valid by Golden Oldies, no later than 1 day prior to the auction. Please submit your resale certificate to jaredw@gohomeltd.com prior to placing any bids. Golden Oldies reserves the right to reject any bid, as well as the right to refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by Golden Oldies will be the purchaser. All lots must be paid in full prior to being shipped or removed. Invoices will be sent from liveauctioneers. Once you receive your invoice please contact jaredw@gohomeltd.com for payment. If the winning bidder is picking up their lot(s) they must do so within 30 days of the sale. Pick up is available 5 days a week by appointment only. Golden Oldies will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items left on premises over 31 days. Upon request, Golden oldies will suggest to the winning bidder a shipping company. If desired Golden Oldies will pack and ship items. If you desire Golden Oldies to ship an item please contact jaredw@gohomeltd.com no later than 2 days prior to the auction with the desired lot and destination zip code for a quote.
