DISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS By participating in ICZ Auctions Auction, the Bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the Bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with ICZ Auctions By placing a bid, the Bidder specifically agrees that they will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card merchant, or any other third-parties. The Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that the Bidder will pay ICZ Auctions a minimum of $500 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that the Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of ICZ Auctions approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in ICZ Auctions auction, Bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by the Bidder against ICZ Auctions and further agrees that the Bidder is liable to ICZ Auctions for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims. Purchases of $1,000.00 or above must be paid by wire transfer or certified check.ICZ Auctions reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by ICZ Auctions to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyer's who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
