The auction fee is 25%. * If the auction is live at the auction, Buyers please come to PI Auction House headquarters and arrive 15 minutes early before the auction session starts. The auctioneer will assist you throughout the session. * We accept bids online from liveauctioneers's system before 3 p.m (GMT +7) on 2021 January 16. The highest price at the Liveauctioneers.com will be used as the starting price in the live auction at the www.drouot.com platform. We recommend that potential buyers have an account at www.drouot.com platform to bid live. * If you participate in auctions by phone, please register in advance at PI Auction House. At the session, the Auction Officer will call you before the lot you are interested in, report directly to the auction and represent you to bid artifacts. * Note: Any change in sales conditions or description of the lots in the catalog will be notified verbally during the sale and noted in the minutes. Since PI are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report. Prospective buyers should inspect each lot to satisfy themselves as to condition and must understand that any statement made by us is merely a subjective, qualified opinion.
