Payment is expected within 7 days of receiving your invoice via Chase QuickPay with Zelle, bank wire transfer, or bank ACH only. You can send a Zelle payment online even if you do not bank with Chase. Pay with the Zelle Mobile App, your Bank App, or online. Several major US banks participate in Zelle. NO DIRECT CHECK DEPOSITS into our account. NO cashiers checks or checks. NO credit cards. NO PayPal. We do not extend credit terms and any purchase not paid for within these terms will be considered in default. Buyers who do not pay for items will receive a dispute filing and will be blocked from bidding on future auctions. WY (6%) and FL (7%) bidders will be charge state sales tax unless you are a dealer and present us with your current resale certificate. As a service to the buyer, Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, will arrange in-house packing, shipping, and insurance on items. Shipping, packaging, and handling of purchased lots is at the risk and expense and on behalf of the purchaser. Upon receiving cleared funds and the shipping insurance waiver form, items are packaged and shipped in the order received. No lots will be shipped without the signed insurance waiver form and cleared funds, no exceptions. International bidders are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may incur with the importation of their purchases. It?s the bidder?s responsibility to maintain a current shipping address on LiveAuctioneers. Baer & Bosch Auctioneers will ship to the bidder?s address provided by LiveAuctioneers when a LiveAuctioneers invoice is generated. Additional shipping fees may be incurred and are the responsibility of the bidder in such cases if a package is returned to us undeliverable due to the lack of payment of customs/duties in the bidder?s home country or an incorrect address as provided by the bidder. By agreeing to our shipping policy, Bear & Bosch Auctioneers Inc will automatically be released from any and all liabilities by the bidder. In these cases, the vendor is treated as a buyer and the auctioneer shall bid on his behalf up to the reserve price. If the reserve price fixed by the vendor is not reached, the auctioneer passes to the next lot by the knock of the gavel. The starting price will be at the auctioneer`s discretion. The bid increments will be fixed by 5 - 10% however the auctioneer can modify this rate at his own discretion. The auctioneer has the right to refuse to adjudicate any lot to someone he knows to be a bad debtor to protect the vendor`s interest. Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc and/or it's group of companies will at times have financial interests in some of the lots. In addition to the hammer price, a buyer`s premium is payable as follows: twenty-five percent (25%) of each lot. On the fall of the gavel, liability for the knock down lot (lots), passes to the bidder whose bid has been accepted. Lots will be released to the buyer`s shipper when the hammer price, the buyer`s premium, and shipping costs have been paid in full. In case of late payment of more than 20 days, the buyer forfeits all of his rights and Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc may accordingly take all appropriate steps to protect its interests and/or those of the vendor`s including claiming damages and interest. Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc may renounce on the execution of the sale, claim damages and interest and also, to protect its interests, concern itself no longer bound by the conditions of the contract. The buyer who has the late payment beyond 20 days accepts that Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc may cancel the sale, have the right to resell the property, and charge a penalty equivalent to the buyer`s premium, vendor`s commission which would have been earned had the sale been completed in a normal manner, collection costs, attorney's fees, and cost, expenses and incidental damages incurred by us or by the consignor arising out of the purchaser's breach. In case of receiving a delayed payment, Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc is not responsible for the purchased lots, expressly any disappearances, changes, or damage caused or incurred. Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc is not liable for any errors or failures by bidders to place bids using the online platform via the internet or a mobile device including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by any loss of connection between bidders and the online platform, a break down or fault of the online bidding software or technical services which relate to the online platform and/or a breakdown or fault with any internet connection, computer, mobile device, or system.
