1. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and must be received within 5 days of the auction. We accept payment in cash, check, wire transfer and most credit cards. All sales are subject to 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax unless the buyer holds a valid Massachusetts Sales and Use Tax resale form, other state's resale certificate and submits a signed copy of the Massachusetts Sales and Use tax resale form. We do not collect sales tax on items shipped out of state. If paying thru paypal, we do not ship to an address that is not associated with that account 2. Descriptions All goods are sold "as is? , ?Where is? and all sales are final. Faraway Auctions is not responsible for any warranties of any kind, including age, origin, condition, restoration, dimensions, authenticity, provenance or authorship. Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items, or that you have chosen not to examine them 3. Buyer?s Premium A buyer?s premium of 17% is added to all hammer prices. The hammer price is the selling price, the additions of the 17% buyer?s premium and sales tax, if applicable to the hammer price becomes the total final purchase price. 4. Shipping of items, both of the arrangement and costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items can be picked up at 6 Rays Ct up until 14 days after the sale. Faraway Auctions provide in house shipping on smaller items. On larger items we can arrange professional shippers.Larger Items and can be picked up at our location on Nantucket or in Hyannis. Lead time for pick-up in Hyannis is 7 days after the sale.
