On Site Estate Auction

This is a one day auction event please sign up early to be approved to bid, once auction starts it is hard to approve pending bidders. Please ask all questions before bidding. Everything is sold "AS IS","WHERE IS", unless otherwise specified by auctioneer or seller at time of sale. Buyers have the right to inspect all items on October 2nd and also the 2 hour preview on October 2nd and 3rd. We will do our part to give the most accurate descriptions as possible. But please remember all items are either used or antique. Auctioneers decision is final. A lot will be sold to the highest bidder in the sole judgement of the auctioneer. 10% Buyers Premium is added to the purchase price as well as sales tax. We are not responsible for lost bids due to internet connection. In the event of a dispute,the auctioneer has the sole authority to resolve any disputes that may arrise between bidders. The auctioneer and/or seller reserves the right to reject or challenge any or all bids. As soon as you become the winning bidder at auction you are responsible for the items you purchased, even if you have not checked out. Everything must be payed in full on the day of the Auction. Shipping is available. Not responsible for items damaged during shipping all claims must be placed with Post Office or UPS. All payments are to be made by cash, certified funds, prior approved checks or bank letter of credit addressed specifically for this auction. We reserve the right to hold the lot sold until the check has cleared the bank. There will be a $50.00 fee for any returned checks. When registering and accepting a bid card for todays auction you have entered into a contract to purchase and make full payment for all items purchased. Avizon Auction Services assumes no liability for loss and/or theft of your bid card. In the event another party is purchasing items with your assigned number, the person and/or company that number has been registered under assumes full responsibility. Local Taxes Apply

Items purchased MUST be picked up NO later than Sunday October 4th between the hours of 9am-5pm EST. If you need to make arrangements outside of this restriction then you must contact Avizon Auction Services at 610-432-5400 well before deadline on Sunday October 4th.
