Framing, packing, shipping and insurance is extra. Most work is sold unframed. We ship internationally, purchaser pays shipping. Shipping will be determined after sale unless otherwise stated in the auction. Stated prices are domestic only. If the buyer wins multiple lots shipping will be combined. We reserve the right to refuse certain types of payment. Seller will contact the Buyer within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and must be done by the Buyer no later than 7 days after an invoice is received. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auction coordinator shall decide the buyer. Icon Arts reserves the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: damage to an item, out of stock listing, misrepresented item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece.
