BreyerFest 2021 - Sunday Benefit Auction

ALL GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURN AND NO REFUND. BY BIDDING, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1.PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE. Reeves International will email a PayPal invoice to purchaser at end of auction and payment must be received within 2 hours of receiving invoice. 2.METHOD OF PAYMENT: PAYPAL. 3.SALES TAX: The purchaser must pay New Jersey sales tax on the total purchase price if shipping within New Jersey. 4.SHIPPING: Purchases will ship on or around July 19, 2021 via UPS from Pequannock, New Jersey at no charge to purchaser other than import/export/customs fees, if due (UPS 2-Day for purchases shipping to the Continental U.S., UPS International for purchases shipping internationally, and UPS for all others). International bidders are responsible to meet the customs/import-export regulations. Reeves will assist but cannot be held liable for international laws affecting the delivery of purchaser?s items. 5.Reeves reserves the right to reject any bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. The bidder shall advance the bid at his/her own discretion. A discretionary reserve percent of one-third (1/3) of the estimated retail value will apply to all lots. Items may be withdrawn at any time prior to the offering of each lot. 6.If purchaser fails to make payment in full for all lots for which purchaser was the highest bidder by 4:00 PM EDT on Sunday, July 18, 2021, Reeves reserves the right to cancel the sale and resell the property privately to the next highest bidder. 7.Description of the lots in writing or made orally are presented as statements of opinion for reference only. Purchasers assume the responsibility to make their own decision as to the quality and values of the property. Reeves makes no representations or warranties, express or implied with respect to such lots. All property is sold as is and without recourse and without guarantee including without limitation guarantees against faults, imperfections, inaccuracies or errors of description regardless of written or oral statement of condition by Reeves and/or auctioneer. All sales are final. No returns and No refunds. 8.In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auctioneer and the record of sale kept by Reeves are the sole and final remedy. 9.Reeves reserves the right to advertise the selling price (with photo) of any lot. 10.If Reeves is prevented by damage, theft, or other reason from delivery of any property to the purchaser, Reeves? liability will be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser. 11.Lots are offered for auction by Breyer Animal Creations division of Reeves International, Inc. (?Reeves?).
