We urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report. The absence of reference to the condition of a lot in the catalogue description does not imply that the lot is free from faults or imperfections. Pre-sale estimate are intended as a guide for prospective buyers. Any bid between the high and low estimate would, offer a chance of success. However, all lots can realize prices above or below the pre-sale estimates.The estimates displayed in web or printed in the catalogue do not include the buyer's premium. BIDDING IN THE SALE Bid should be placed in USD. Absentee bid form from prospective buyer should be submit at least 48 hrs before the sale, proof of identity will be required. AFTER THE SALE Payment The successful bidders should pay the final amount that will include the hammer price and the corresponding buyer premium after the auction. For all purchases, a buyer's premium will be add to the hammer price and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. The buyer's premium is 26% of hammer price up to and including US$20000; 23% of any amount excess of $20001. The buyer should pay in full to the company within seven working days from the auction (inclusive the date of the auction if in workday). The company reserves the right to refuse payment from the source other than buyers. Payment is due in US Dollars, please consult auctioneer if payment is to be made in other currencies. Payment may be made by the following methods: PayPal, Bank Cheque or Cash etc. Ingenuity Gallery reserves the right to hold the purchases until the cheque has been clear. Please accurately refer relative Lot Number and Invoice Number at the memo of payment. The process of payment should follow Ingenuity Gallery's instruction. Buyers should consult and decide the payment method to process transaction. INGENUITY GALLERY INC. reserves the right of the final explanation and revision for the terms and conditions. Shipping Ingenuity Gallery has the right to decide whether to accept the Buyer's request for packing and handling service. Item will not be release without the consent form filled by purchaser. If the Company's employees pack and handle the Lot as requested by the buyer, the said packaging and handling shall only be deemed service provided by the company to the buyer, so any risks and losses shall be borne by the Buyer. Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for damages and loss of the frames or glass, drawers, bottom pads, trestles, mountings, insert pages, scroll heads or other similar accessories due to any reason. Where the Buyer requests the Company to help collect the Lot purchased in the form of postal delivery, express delivery or transportation(packing, postal and transportation costs to be borne by the Buyer), the Company shall be deemed to have delivered the Lot and the Buyer shall be deemed to have collected the Lot through normal procedure once Ingenuity has delved the Lot to the postal, express, transportation entities or companies and their employees/branch organizations, the risk involved in the process shall be borne by the buyer, and postal, express, and transportation processes are not insured unless the Buyer has specially indicated and bear the insurance premium. The Company shall not be responsible for all errors, omissions, damages or loss caused by the packaging company and postal, express, transportation entities or companies which the Buyer designates or the Company recommended.
