Auctions Lots are being sold during or after the auction are final.
No returns are to be accepted once an item is sold.

The purchaser is responsible for the shipment of their purchased item/s.

For Jewelry -
All jewelry purchased will have to be paid by money order/check or wire transfer. An valid United states identification card will have to be presented and has to match all three address(the money transfer address, the shipping address and the id address). Other wise the auction will be null and cancelled.
We reserve the right to donate items paid for past 40 days- The purchaser has 40 days to retrieve their item or will forfeit their item to Donations. No refund or credit will be given once donated.
We take every bid as a serious bid. Therefore, we will reserve the right to pursue payments within legal limits and buyer is responsible for all legal fees for both parties.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Luxurious Treasures to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
