The organizer of the auction is the Auction House "Artmaximum". By bidding at our auction, whether in person, by phone, by absentee bidding or via the Internet, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The successful bidder is obligated to take and pay for the lot. The payment amount consists of the cost of the item and the commission charges 24% (+VAT; +5% Liveauctioneers fee). For items that sold for more than 10'000 euros the commission charges 17% (+VAT; +5% Invaluable fe). Payment can be made during the auction, after the auction and during the next 7 days. The buyer can fulfill the payment in the following ways: - in cash; - Wire Transfer; - Paypal If the buyer fails to collect his purchase within 15 calendar days after the auction, regardless of the payment, the Auction House has the right to store the items at the buyer's expense and to give them to him only after he fulfills the payment of the costs of the storing. If the buyer fails to fulfill his payment obligations within 30 days after the auction the auctioneer has the right to charge interest on the unpaid amount at the rate of 0.3% for each day of the delay. If the buyer fails to fulfill his payment within 60 days after the auction the auctioneer has the right to cancel the transaction and require the buyer to recover the amount of both buyer's and seller's commissions charges. If the buyer fails to pick up their purchase within 30 days after the auction the auctioneer has the right to charge interest at the rate of 5 euros for each day of the delay since the auction day.
