An extensive collection of over 250 lots of fine art, antiques, decorative art and antique furniture from An Indian Village, Detroit, MI Important Collector and featuring: oil paintings by Horatio Walker, Bruce Crain, George Gunther Hartwick, Lewis Thomas Ives, Charles Courtney Curran, Daniel Hernandez, Sir William Beechey, John Hoppner and Jean Francois Janinet; furniture by Jean-Baptiste Gamichon and attributed to Joseph Meeks and Son as well as well as 18th to 19th c. furniture with most pieces being American and some pieces of French and English, also several childs pieces, a nice antique grandfather clock and a 19th c. Japanese lacquer sewing table; 19th c. American drawings and mourning pictures; a 19th c. carved marble and micro mosaic bust of Beatrice; Baccarat 19th c. centerpiece and English, French, German, Japanese and Chinese porcelain.
