Your winning bid is a contract. All sales final. No returns, no refunds. As is, where is. Lack of condition report does not mean that items are without flaw. Items that are not picked up within 30 days of conclusion of the sale will be charged $5 per day per item for storage and will be deemed abandoned after 60 days. We encourage you to come to the preview and see and touch these items before bidding. PICKUPS ARE AT OUR PETERSBURG WAREHOUSE AND STAFFED MONDAY-WEDNESDAY FROM 9-12 AND 1-4. IF YOU REQUIRE A THURSDAY OR FRIDAY PICKUP, WE WILL NEED AT LEAST A WEEKS NOTICE TO ACCOMMODATE.

If you have not contacted Tidewater Galleries to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
