Your winning bid is a contract. All sales final. No returns, no refunds. As is, where is. Lack of condition report does not mean that items are without flaw. Payment required within 72 hours from the conclusion of the sale. Liveauctioneers Autopay will automatically charge your card after 72 hours.
You are responsible for arranging shipping. Items that are not picked up within 30 days of conclusion of the sale will be charged $5 per day per item for storage and will be deemed abandoned after 60 days.

PICKUPS ARE AT OUR PETERSBURG WAREHOUSE AND STAFFED MONDAY-WEDNESDAY FROM 9-12 AND 1-4. IF YOU REQUIRE A THURSDAY OR FRIDAY PICKUP, WE WILL NEED AT LEAST A WEEKS NOTICE TO ACCOMMODATE.

If you have not contacted Tidewater Galleries to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
