Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid at any time.
Once we receive the payment, we will notify you. We do not accept shipping labels from the bidders. Only Prince Gems will take care of shipping and handling. NO pick ups at all. Bidders will be liable for shipping fees.
ALL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS. IF NOT, CASE WILL REPORTED TO DEBT COLLECTION DEPARTMENT. Prince Gems Consultancy LLC shall have the right to commence a collection proceeding/action against the winning bidder for the sum owed, and shall be entitled to collect its collection costs and expenses incurred as a result thereof, including, but not limited to, its attorney fees and court costs. Prince Gems Consultancy LLC will collect 25% restocking fees of the balance due in the invoice from the winning bidder. Additionally, Prince Gems Consultancy LLC reserves the right to assess finance charges at a rate of 1% per month on all outstanding balances that remain unpaid for more than 10 days.
