In addition to being a nationally known collector and dealer Brian is also a contributor to the North South Civil War Traders published price guide and the promoter of his own Civil War show. All Civil War items are described to the best of our ability. Provenance, where noted, is available and goes with the sold items. Due to the subjective nature and the wide variety of opinions on Civil War and Military items all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. If you do not agree with our cataloging please BID ACCORDINGLY. All sales are final and there are NO RETURNS. -In publishing this catalog Mosby & Co. has tried to accurately describe all items being sold. All items are sold AS IS - WHERE IS. Catalog is to be used as a guide only. It is ultimately the buyers responsibility to judge item conditions and authenticity to their satisfaction. The purchaser is fully responsible once title has been passed. Storage and insurance charges shall accrue at the rate of 2% of the selling price per month after 30 days. -All buyers are required to pay Maryland sales tax (6%) unless a COPY of a valid sales tax exemption number and completed tax form are filed with Mosby & Co. Auctions. If item(s) are shipped out of state by a licensed FCC carrier; , i.e. UPS, Fedex, USPS etc., the purchase is then exempt from MD sales tax. All shipping is at the expense of the buyer. - There is a 15% buyer's premium, discounted to 11% on cash, check, Bank wire transfer, Western Union, M.O. or other forms of "cash" transactions on all purchases. -Payment may be made by; check, cash, M.O. Wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or other forms deemed acceptable to both parties. -Packing and shipping of all purchases can be arranged by Mosby & Co. Auctions at the buyers request and expense. It is the discretion of Mosby & Co. to determine if items can be shipped in-house or if a professional shipper must be used. Large items may require special handling and expense. -The act of placing a bid on any lot constitutes acceptance of on the part of the bidder of the terms of this sale. -All sales are final.
