Items to be picked up on the Monday for locals after the auction 2pm till 4:30pm or we will charge storage fees of $10.00 a day per item commencing date of sale. if after 30 days item not picked up we will sell it for storage fees! We reserves the option to hold purchases until cleared from the bank, or until authorization is obtained on credit cards or Cashier's Checks. Out Of Country only Bank Transfers for payment. If you have no bidding history we may require wire or bank transfer for payment. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items, and having a shipper pick up at auction house for larger items furniture, mirrors etc., packing and postage and including insurance. Smaller items can be brought over to the pack and ship store ($2 convenience fee charged for bring the item over to the shipper) and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
