By bidding at this auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale in which "We" refer to E Pearl Art and "you" refer to the bidders or winners. CORRECTNESS OF DESCRIPTION - E Pearl Art has tried its best to describe correctly and accurately to the property to be sold. But we cannot warrant the correctness of description, attribution, authenticity, or condition of said property. No statements shall be deemed as such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability but are to be construed as our opinions only. It is your responsibility to use his judgment based on the photos or personally examine the property. All the items are sold AS-IS with all faults. All the sales are final. The items to be sold are often of considerable age by being antique and exhibit wear, color fading or tarnish (such as in prints and textile), cracks (such as in ceramics and wood), and some damages which may not be listed in descriptions and may not be considered as condition issue. For gold items we guarantee they are gold. But we do not guarantee any gemstones including jade and jadeite. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. You are encouraged to ask questions and request additional photos before bidding. COMMUNICATIONS - All the questions and requests regarding this sale must be communicated by email to epearl.art@gmail.com to avoid any confusion. No calls, please. After the auction, any complaint or dispute for an item purchased in the sale must be communicated with E Pearl Art within 30 days after the sale date. Otherwise, the case is closed. No exceptions. ABSENTEE BID - This is an online timed auction only. All the bids must place online. There will be no absentee bids accepted. BUYERS PREMIUM - 25% of the hammer price will be added to the final purchase price. The buyer agrees to pay the buyer's premium plus 8.225% Missouri sales tax unless you have a resale ID with Liveauctioneers.com. If your items are shipped out of the state and you don't have a resale ID, you can pay us directly at Authorize.net. We will not charge you sales tax. PAYMENT - Success bidder should pay for lots won within 5 business days after the sale. You can pay via Liveauctioneers.com payments, or by cash, cashier's check, money order, and wire transfer. Any invoice over $5,000 must be paid via wire transfer or check (items will not be released until the check is cleared). PACKING AND SHIPPING - Winners are responsible for all packing and shipping costs. We do in-house shipping to save customers' money. A small box or item costs $18+. Shipping fee for a large item is listed in the catalog. Above fees cover insurance only up to $100. You are responsible for additional insurance cost. If you don't want to purchase additional insurance, you must send us a waver to indicate you are fully responsible for the loss. AUCTION HOUSE RIGHTS - E Pearl Art reserves the right to withdraw any lot and reject any bid.

If you have not contacted E Pearl Art to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
