CONDITIONS OF SALE
Lots are sold « as is » without guaranties or
recourse. The Fine Art auctioneer's decisions are
final (all informations are approximate). Items
purchased at the auction must be paid for
immediately. A charge of 23% over and above
the hammer price, as well as taxes (when
applicable) are added to all lots purchased at the
auction.
ABSENTEE BIDS
The Fine Art auctioneer and the experts will be
pleased to execute absentee bids free of charge
for those who are unable to attend the auction.
Bids may be placed by mail, Internet, telephone
or fax, before 6pm, the day of the auction, please.
PAYMENT
Cash, certified cheque, wire transfer, credit
cards (Visa, Mastercard) in Canadian Dollars
Condition report available on request.
Taxes
Taxes (5% Federal Tax and 9.5% Provincial Tax) may be void if lots are shipped outside of Canada, providing proof of export.
