accept these terms and conditions as binding.
1-Registration and Participation
To participate in our web auctions, interested individuals must register on our auction
platform at least 24 hours prior to the auction's start time and receive approval from
United Auctioneers Holding Ltd. We reserve the right to approve or exclude participants
at our sole discretion without providing reasons.
2-Auction Catalog
The auction catalog, as published on our auction platform, serves as the basis for the
auction. It contains a lot of descriptions and relevant details. Please note that any
illustrations or information provided on external internet platforms are for informational
purposes only and do not form part of the auction catalog.
3-Bidding Process
Bidders are responsible for understanding and adhering to the specifications and
requirements of our auction platform. Each bid submitted is a binding and irrevocable
offer. Bidders remain obligated by their bids until outbid or rejected. The auctioneer
reserves the right to refuse bids, specify minimum bids, modify bidding increments, and
adjust the auction's timeline. In exceptional circumstances, the auctioneer may
withdraw a lot.
4-Acceptance of Bids
Bidding for each lot ends at a specified time and continues for an additional 30 seconds
if further bids are received. The highest bid at the end of this period is considered the
winning bid. In case of equal written bids, priority is given to the bid received first.
United Auctioneers Holding Ltd. retains the right to refuse any bid without providing
reasons. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the purchase upon the fall of the
hammer and is responsible for the delivery of the acquired item.
5-Pricing, Payment, and Delivery
All prices mentioned in our auctions are denominated in Sterling Pound (GBP), which is
the main currency used in our catalog. However, we accept payment in any currency
that is accepted by our bank.. The conversion rate for currencies other than the auction
currency will be based on the prevailing rate provided by our bank on the day of the
transaction. Buyers will be informed of the conversion rate and the total amount due in
their preferred currency.
Buyers are required to pay a premium of 25% on the final auction bid to United
Auctioneers Holding Ltd. The auction invoice must be settled within 15 working days
from the date of issuance. Failure to comply may result in the buyer being in default and
incurring an annual late payment penalty interest of 24%.
Accepted forms of payment include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
Please note that payment by credit/debit card will incur a fee of 3.5% of the total invoice
amount. Bank transactions will have a fee of 1% of the total invoice amount. PayPal
payments will have a fee of 7% of the total invoice amount.
Upon receipt of the full payment, United Auctioneers Holding Ltd. will initiate the delivery
process as per the buyer's instructions. Our regular shipping fee is 30 Sterling pounds
worldwide. Additionally, in case the client requests a package insurance fee of 1% of the
item's value will be added to ensure the safe delivery of the purchased items. For
special shipping services requested by clients, such as specific shipping companies or
specific shipping types of service or as expedited shipping or specific delivery
locations, the fees will be quoted based on the respective locations and the type of
service required.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure the
availability of authorized personnel to receive the purchased items. Any additional costs
incurred due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect delivery information will be the
buyer's responsibility.

days). Failure to report any issues within the designated timeframe may result in the
buyer forfeiting their right to claim compensation or return the items.
Please note that the terms and conditions related to pricing, payment, and delivery may
vary for specific auctions or items. Buyers are advised to review the auction-specific
terms and any additional instructions provided for each auction before participating.
